Uden et klart procesvindue er kvalitetsproblemer og omarbejde uundg\u00e5elige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Etablering og validering af et procesvindue sikrer, at silikoneprodukter g\u00e5r fra prototype til masseproduktion med stabil kvalitet og ensartet ydeevne.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da jeg stod for mit f\u00f8rste silikone-st\u00f8bningsprojekt, l\u00e6rte jeg, at tidlig procesdefinition sparer tid senere hen. Hvert trin \u2013 fra kravfastfrysning til PPAP \u2013 opbygger tillid til, at de f\u00e6rdige dele vil opfylde designintentionen og kvalitetsm\u00e5lene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kravfrysning og CTQ-definition?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uklare krav for\u00e5rsager de fleste forsinkelser i silikoneproduktionen.
