N\u00e5r det er h\u00e6rdet, er dets polymernetv\u00e6rk l\u00e5st. Varme omdanner det ikke til en v\u00e6ske. I stedet vil silikone ved tilstr\u00e6kkeligt h\u00f8je temperaturer <strong>nedbryde<\/strong>, <strong>char<\/strong>, eller mister mekaniske egenskaber \u2014 men det flyder ikke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette er den f\u00f8rste misforst\u00e5else, der for\u00e5rsager specifikationsfejl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r folk sp\u00f8rger efter &quot;silikones smeltetemperatur&quot;, fors\u00f8ger de normalt at forst\u00e5 en af tre ting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maksimal driftstemperatur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forarbejdnings-\/h\u00e6rdningstemperatur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fejltemperatur under varmeeksponering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er forskellige tal. Der sker ingen smeltning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nedbrydningsomr\u00e5de (ikke smeltende)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Over omtrent <strong>300\u2013350\u00b0C<\/strong>, silikonegummi begynder at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tab af tr\u00e6kstyrke<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e6rde eller g\u00f8re spr\u00f8d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Danner overfladeaske eller silicasterester<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette er termisk nedbrydning, ikke smeltning. sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5let<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Flydende silikonegummi misforst\u00e5s ofte som &quot;lavtsmeltende&quot;, fordi det starter som en v\u00e6ske.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I virkeligheden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>LSR er flydende <strong>f\u00f8r h\u00e6rdning<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den st\u00f8rkner via <strong>varmeudl\u00f8st tv\u00e6rbinding<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Typiske st\u00f8betemperaturer: <strong>160\u2013200\u00b0C<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Efter h\u00e6rdning opf\u00f8rer LSR sig som enhver anden silikonegummi \u2013 intet smeltepunkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 n\u00e5r datablade angiver &quot;behandlingstemperatur&quot;, har det tal <strong>ingenting<\/strong> at g\u00f8re med smelteadf\u00e6rd under brug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Silikone vs. termoplast: Hvorfor sammenligningen mislykkes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f8bere sammenligner ofte silikone med materialer som PVC, TPU autoklaver, varmfyldning eller motorrum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvad man skal sp\u00f8rge om i stedet for &quot;smeltetemperatur&quot;\u201c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis du k\u00f8ber silikonedele, er de nyttige sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hvad er <strong>maksimal kontinuerlig driftstemperatur<\/strong>?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hvor lang er <strong>termisk eksponering<\/strong> (minutter vs. \u00e5r)?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Er <strong>mekanisk fastholdelse<\/strong> kr\u00e6ves ved h\u00f8j temperatur?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vil delen opleve <strong>kompressionss\u00e6t<\/strong> under varme?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Disse svar bestemmer materialevalget \u2013 ikke en smeltepunktsv\u00e6rdi, der ikke findes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
