Including raw material preparation, mold making, mixing, vulcanization, cutting, printing, quality inspection, packaging and shipping. How to Manufacture Silicone Products Step by Step
#1 Raw Materials
The first stage is to gather and prepare eco-friendly raw materials, dye ware, designs, and molds. We take extra care in selecting raw materials that meet our standards for quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
#2 Mold Making
Bulk silicone molds are made based on confirmed samples. The number of cavities in the molds is determined by the order quantity. The more quantity, the more cavities. Our team of experienced mold makers ensures that each mold is crafted with precision and attention to detail.
#3 Mix color and vulcanizing agents
After gathering and preparing the raw materials, we place them in a press machine for mixing. We add dye and vulcanizing agents. Mixing is an essential phase in silicone product manufacturing. It is important to get the right consistency in each batch of silicone.
#4 Press flakes into strips and cut them into small pieces
Once the mixture is ready, we press the flakes into strips and cut them into small pieces. The size of the pieces is determined by the design and weight of the products to be made.
#5 Molding
Put the solid silicone pieces in the mold, applying pressure through the vulcanizing machine. The shape of the mold makes the shape of the silicone products.

#6 Logo Printing
Surface treatments are performed when silicone products are complete. They can be used for decoration and labeling. We have specialized equipment and know-how in performing various printing methods including:

- Electrostatic copying

#7 Trimming, Inspection

#8 Packing
Finally, we pack the silicone products according to the customer’s requirements. We offer several packaging options, including:
